    Management of Drinking Water Supply Works Distributed over 5 Border Crossings in Quebec

    Description
    The Environmental  Services  of Public  Works and  Government  Services  Canada  (PWGSC) require specialized hydrogeology services on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
    
    The study is part of the management of drinking water supply works distributed over bordercrossings in Quebec.
    
    In a first phase, two (2) new groundwater supply wells supplying the Stanhope and Chartiervilleborder crossings with drinking water shall be built in compliance with applicable regulations.In a second phase, the two (2) newly built wells shall be connected and the two (2) newlyabandoned wells in Stanhope and Chartierville shall be sealed.
    
    Finally, it is planned to seal three (3) abandoned wells present at the location of the followingborder  crossings: Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle  (Road 15), Frelighsburg and Woburn.  
    
    There will be an optional visit to the sites where the work will be done at Stanhope and Chartierville: 
    
    - Stanhope border office 1000 147 RD South, Stanhope QC, Thursday September 24, 2020 at 9:00 AM;
     
    - Chartierville border office 165 Saint-Hyacinthe St, Chartierville QC, Thursday September 24, 2020 at 1:30 PM
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 23 at 2:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend. Instructions will be emailed to you. 
    
    
    Enquiries during the solicitation period
    Enquiries regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority named on the Invitation to Tender - Page 1 at e-mail address felix-antoine.carignan@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca . Except for the approval of alternative materials as described in GI15 of R2710T, enquiries should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided.
