NOTE TO BIDDERS: THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SOLICITATION.

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are therefore required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application to respond to this Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

PROJECT: 
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor to provide and install the equipment required to modify and complete the drinking water treatment system in the custom office of St-Armand (Philipsburg), while consistently ensuring the bacteriological and physicochemical quality of the distributed water.
