Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: HVAC Controls & System Upgrade EB144-161601/A Collier (PWA), Susan Telephone No. - (902) 496-5350 ( ) Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 ( ) Trade Agreement: AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: HVAC & Controls System Upgrade The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement, on behalf of AAFC Kentville Research Centre, for the provision of all necessary labour, equipment,material, control, services and personnel required to complete the following: - Perform new structurual reinforcing work in the Mechanical Penthouse - Install new Lab Exhaust plenum and new Roof-mounted Fume Hood Exhaust Fans - Install new General Exhaust Fan and make modifications to existing general exhaust plenum.. - Install and commission New DDC Exhaust System etc... Please see Specification for a complete detail listingof the requirement. Site Visit: There will be a site visit on Wednesday November 25th, 2015 at 1:00pm. Interested bidders are to meet at AAFC Kentville Lab located in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Bidders who do not attend or do not sendarepresentative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation result ing from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Susan Collier, susan.collier@pwgsc.gc.ca, facsimile: (902) 496-5016. Inquiries aretobe madein writing andshould be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. The estimated cost of this procurement is $1M to - 5M This PWGSC Office provides procurement servicesin English. Delivery Date: 28 weeks from Contract Award. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
