Maintenance Garage Rehabilitation, St. Anthony, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for Maintenance Garage Rehabilitation at St. Anthony Airport, St. Anthony, NL.  This work will consist of the supply of all plant, labour and materials to construct an expansion to the existing Maintenance Garage (Combined Services Building - CSB). Also included are interior and exterior renovations. Renovations to the interior of the existing CSB include complete upgrades to the 2nd floor c/w upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior work will include replacement of exterior envelope and roof.


FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE

Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site and its surroundings, at their own expense to review and verify the form, nature, and extent of the work, materials needed for the completion of the work, the means of access to the site, severity, exposure and uncertainty of weather, soil conditions, any accommodations they may require, and in general shall obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection on account or error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply.
