Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the upgrading of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Fish Management Satellite Office and Warehouse located in St. Lewis, Newfoundland and Labrador. The building upgrades will be done such that the Facility can be certified under the CaGBC Zero Carbon Building Standard - Performance Track.

As this work is being carried out in Labrador, work can only be carried out between the months of June - October and will be phased over two fiscal years (2021-22 & 2022-23). Each phase of work will be twenty-one (21) weeks.
