Joyceville Institution. Highway 15, No 376, Correctional Service Canada. Resurface Perimeter Road. Project No: R.078391.001 The work of this contract comprises of the upgrades of the existing perimeter patrol road. The upgrades include full depth asphalt reconstruction, full depth asphalt reclaimation, storm sewerand catch basin installation and grading as indicated on the drawings and specification. The duration of work is scheduled to be completed within [Twelve] [12] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. MANDATORY SITE VISIT There will be a Mandatory site visit on August 4th, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. Interested bidders are to meet at the site, Front entrance of Joyceville Institution. Highway 15, No 376, Kingston, Ontario. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. It ismandatory that the bidder attend the mandatory site visitat the designated date and time to examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting Officer, Sheila Dhanna at sheila.dhanna@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca or 416-512-5855, to confirm their attendanceand provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, before noon August 02, 2016. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation..
