Trade Agreement: LCSA/AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Kingston Penitentiary Heating Plant Upgrade EQ734-150718/A Woodhall, Lauren Telephone No. - (416) 512-5873 ( ) Fax No. - (416) 512-5862 Project Title: Kingston Penitentiary Heating Plant Upgrade Project No.: R.068125.001 Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement on behalf of Correctional Services Canada to secure a contract for the upgrade of the Central Heating Plant at the Kingston Penitentiary in Kingston, ON. MANDATORY SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on August 18, 2014 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at Kingston Penitentiary, 560 King St. West, Kingston ON. Bidders who intend to visit this location must communicate with the Contracting Authority, Lauren Woodhall at (416) 512-5873, or lauren.woodhall@pwgsc.gc.ca 2 days prior of the date and time of the scheduled site visit. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. The duration of work is schedule to be completed within fifteen (15) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
