Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Building Construction at 441 University Ave EQ754-172715/A Dhillon, Ambreen Telephone No. - (416) 590-8253 ( ) Fax No. - (416) 512-5862 ( ) Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for a qualified general contractor for the renovation and fit-up of 441 University Ave. in Windsor ON. Project No. R.012641.001 SCOPE OF WORK: The Work includes but is not limited to the exterior and interior renovation of the existing Government of Canada Building at 441 University Avenue West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5P9. Work will include but is not limited to: .1 Demolition of interior walls, ceilings and finishes and Hazardous Materials Remediation .2 Exterior masonry repair and cladding, door, window and roof replacement, HVAC, sprinkler, electrical, communication and life safety system upgrades, elevator modernization, new interior walls and finishes, exterior works including parking and landscaping, and new rooftop photovoltaic system. Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a site visit on March 21, 2017 at 10:00am. Interested Bidders are to meet at the principal entrance of existing Government of Canada Building at 441 University Avenue West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5P9. The site visit for this project isMANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
