Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Radium Hot Springs Site Rehabilitation, BC REQUIREMENT: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Parks Canada is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, eq uipment, labour and supervision for Radium Hot Springs Site Rehabilitation as detailed in the specifications, drawings and Invitation to tender document. Work comprises of demolition of existing concrete ramps and bridge, construction of new structures, and installation and commissioning of electrical/ lighting, hydronic heating, and drainage piping systems. Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1)contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:30 AM MST. In terested bidders are to meet at Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia. Location: 5420 Highway 93 (Radium Hot Springs) Parking Lot across from Radium Hot Springs. Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required: Hard hat and steel toe boots Value of Project:To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between: Category 5 $1 000,001 > $ 5,000,000 This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.
