Interested bidders are to meet at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Public Worksand Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Engineering firm, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for Saskatchewan Penitentiary Fire Alarm Upgrade, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, oreligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Saskatchewan. This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technicalportion of the proposal. This procurementis subject to the provisions ofthe North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
