    Pursuant to section GI01 of the General Instructions to Bidders
    R2710T, the bidders must submit the following as part of their
    bid: 
     			
    a. a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder and
    			
    b. a properly completed and signed consent form, for each
    individual named in the aforementioned list. The form

    Work Description:
    
    Work under this Contract consists of:
    -installation and coating of 15M black steel bars along
    corrugations in eight (8) culverts along the Alaska Highway
    -installation of steel running plates or stripes along the
    invert of 151 Creek Bridge Culvert at Km 667.0
    -installation of internal coupler along the rings 7 and 8 of
    Townsend Creek Culvert at Km 197.6
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
    within the scope of work.

    Delivery Date:
    The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
    of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
    be completed by September 30, 2012. 
    
    Value of Project:
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between $400,000 and $500,000.
