    Work Description: Work of this Contract comprises:
    
    Phase 1: 
    .1 Provide new service pole including anchoring
    .2 Provide new service disconnect and meter base enclosures
    .3 Provide new buried duct from new pole to top of approach.
    .4 Coordinate with BC hydro for the connection of the primary conductors.
    
     Phase 2:
    .1 Provide newcentral distribution panel (CDP) at Wharfhead
    .2 Provide feeder from service pole at top of approach to CDP at Wharfhead
    .3 Supply and install new luminaires and light poles along the approach
    .4 Supply and fabricate new luminaires, light poles, transformer cabinets and receptacle cabinets identified for the harbour floats.
    
     Phase 3:
    .1 Install new luminaires, light poles, transformer cabinets and receptacle cabinets identified for the harbour floats.
    .2 Supply and install power feeders to all new electrical equipment on harbour floats. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    Before submitting a bid, bidders may visit the site to obtain all necessary information as to site conditions, means of site access and accommodation, risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this contract on account of error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply.
    Marktosis Small Craft Harbour is located on Flores Island, approximately 18km northwest of Tofino, BC. Bidders must contact Anne Atleo at the Ahousaht First Nation at 1-250-670-9531 to provide notification before visiting the site.
    
    Completion Date:
    Commence work immediately upon official notification of acceptance of offer and complete the project before June 30, 2017.

    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
    $325,000 and $475,000
