    Work Description:
    Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing cladding system and replacement with new metal cladding and exterior insulation assembly.  Provision of reinforced concrete curbing at the base of wall.  Provision of reinforced concrete pads and steps.  Modifications and additions to the existing perimeter drainage system.  Provision of two new man doors and associated framing requirements.  Provision of two new overhead doors and associated framing requirements.  Repair all areas damaged by the construction activity.
    Site Visit: 
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    There is an optional site visit for prospective bidders on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 at 10:00 am PDST at the Port Hardy Airport at 3675 Byng Road, Port Hardy, BC.
    Delivery Date: 
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks of Contract award.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $275,000.00 and $375,000.00.
