RCMP North District Building Recapitalization, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to,
the following at the RCMP North District Building, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan: Phase 1 recapitalization of building consists of renovating 2166 m2 of interior office spaces, upgrades to mechanical and 

electrical systems, building envelope repair and minor site work; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT. There will be a site visit on December 15, 2015 
at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the front reception 
area, 2020-9th Avenue West, RCMP North District Building, Prince 
Albert, Saskatchewan. Interested bidders must sign in and provide photo 

identification.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they
are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
