    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The work is to execute the enrockment of the east wharf in St-Maxine-du-Mont-Louis, QC.
    
    More precisely, the work includes the following: Excavation work in the 
    existing riprap and in the protection of dolos before rebuilding the riprap protection, partially demolition and consolidation of the wharf, so
    il decontamination work, demolition on the dolphin, and land scaping.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    - TheBidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
    - Integrity provisions:
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time f
    rame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work for November 30, 2019, taking into account the periods of restriction set out in the specifications in article 1.4 of Section 01 14 00.
