Aircraft De-Icing and Anti-Icing Services CFB Bagotville

Description: Request for Standing Offer to provide Aircraft De-icing and Anti-Icing Services for Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, as per the Statement of Work in Annex A.

The contract period is for five (5) years, from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2024 inclusively.

The documents contain security requierements.

The contractor will be selected following an invitation based on minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process.

Delivery Date: Delivery must be completed in accordance with the call-up against the Standing Offer.
