BLACK F3012-19N038/A Simoneau, Steve Telephone - (418) 649-2816 Facsimile - (418) 648-2209 Email : steve.simoneau@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca NOTICE The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19). PROJECT DESCRIPTION The requirement is: a) To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ship C.C.G.S. Martha L. Black during summer 2019, in Québec city, QC, in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A. b) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above. PROPOSED WORK PERIOD Work is to commence and be completed as follows: Start of Work: July 2nd, 2019, or following ship’s availability. End of Work: September 30th or Nine (9) weeks following ship’s availability.
