Fabrication and Delivery of Three (3) Aluminum Boats
Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada - has a requirement for the supply and delivery of three (3) 9.75 - 10.4m aluminum boats and trailers in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A and inspection as per Annex C - Inspection/Quality Assurance /Quality Control. All deliverables must be delivered on or before August 3, 2018.

Optional Boats - there exists an option for two (2) additional boat and trailer. Option may be exercised within one year after contract award. 
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).
