To bid, Suppliers must be a qualified Tier 2 SA Holder in the NCR for all categories and security for either of the Workstreams as specified below. In order to bid on Workstream 1, Bidders must be a qualified Tier 2 SA Holder in the NCR for the security levels specified and all categories listed for Workstream 1. In order to bid on Workstream 2, Bidders must be a qualified Tier 2 SA Holder in the NCR for the security levels specified and all categories listed for Workstream 2. In order to bid on both Workstream 1 and Workstream 2, Bidders must be a qualified Tier 2 SA Holder in the NCR for the security levels specified and all categories listed for Workstream 1 and Workstream 2. The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-170432. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract. Description of Work: The IM/IT Directorate of Infrastructure Canada (INFC) requires informatics professional services, primarily in the National Capital Region (NCR), to work together with existing INFC staff on an as and when requested basis to support the strategic planning and oversight of key IM/IT projects and transformation initiatives in support of INFC business stakeholders. It is intended to result in the award of up to one (1) contract in each of two (2) Workstreams, with each contract purchasing Work from only one Workstream. If the same Bidder is successful in both Workstreams, one (1) contract will be issued to that Bidder and it will include both Workstreams. Each contract will be for two (2) years plus three (3) one year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. The work is currently being performed by: Company: Coradix Technology Consulting Inc. under contract (value $550,000.00) Company: IT/NET Ottawa Inc. under contract (value $5,302,379.00) Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET Minimum Resource Security Required: RELIABILITY STATUS, CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET as indicated in each associated Task Authorization.
