The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. Should you require more information on how to become a qualified TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holder, please contact the Manager of the Informatics Method of Supply (IMOS) at: rcnmdai.-ncrimos@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Correctional Service Canada (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. A system integrator is required for the provision of Informatics professional services to: 1) manage and integrate the new Offender Management System (OMS) into the CSC technical environment; and 2) implement the extended digital-ready architecture in support of the broader transformation of the business of offender management where the OMS solution will be a core, integrated solution. The Resource Categories described below are required on an as and when requested basis: A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 2 and Level 3 A.6 Programmer/Software Developer, Level 2 and Level 3 A.7 Programmer/Analyst, Level 2 and Level 3 A.8 System Analyst, Level 2 and Level 3 A.11 Tester, Level 2 and Level 3 I.1 Data Conversion Specialist, Level 2 and Level 3 I.2 Database Administrator, Level 3 I.4 Database Modeler/Information Management Modeler, Level 2 and Level 3 I.5 Information Management Architect, Level 3 I.6 Network Analyst, Level 3 I.10 Technical Architect, Level 3 I.11 Technology Architect, Level 2 and Level 3 B.1 Business Analyst, Level 3 B.2 Business Architect Level 3 B.3 Business Consultant, Level 2 and Level 3 B.7 Business Transformation Architect, Level 2 and Level 3 B.9 Courseware Developer, Level 3 B.13 Operations Support Specialist, Level 3 B.14 Technical Writer, Level 2 and Level 3 P.1 Change Management Consultant, Level 2 and Level 3 P.2 Enterprise Architect, Level 2 and Level 3 P.5 Project Executive, Level 3 P.7 Project Coordinator, Level 3 P.9 Project Manager, Level 2 and Level 3 P.10 Project Scheduler, Level 3 P.11 Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst, Level 2 and Level 3 It is intended to result in the award of one contract,for three years plus two one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. Submission of Bids: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use Canada Post Corporation’s (CPC) Connect service to transmit their bid electronically. To submit a bid using the CPC Connect service, the Bidder must either i) send directly its bid only to the specified PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit, using its own licensing agreement for CPC Connect provided by Canada Post Corporation; or ii) if the Bidder does not have its own licensing agreement for CPC Connect, they have to request to open a CPC Connect conversation by emailing PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit at tpsgc.pareceptiondessoumissions-apbidreceiving.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. This request should be sent as early as possible, and in any case, at least six business days prior to the solicitation closing date and time (in order to ensure a response). Requests to open a CPC Connect conversation received after that time may not be answered. For additional information on the submission of bids using CPC Connect, please refer to the RFP.
