All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 9, 2022 at 2:00PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Description Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) located in ST- Hubert (Quebec), is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire services to design, develop, test and demonstrate a Connected Care Medical Module (C²M²). The duration of the contract is up to 8 months. A bidders' conference will be held virtually on September 27, 2022. The conference will begin at 1:00 PM EST. There is no security requirement associated with this request. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and Canadian services. All specifications are detailed in the document entitled Request for Proposal (RFP)
