Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contractor to review the composition of the air fleet currently in use by the RCMP, to validate that the RCMP has the optimum mix of aircraft to perform the work. The objective is to:
- Review user needs assessment and demand analysis
- Determine optimal platforms to meet the need
- Determine optimal replacement schedules for each aircraft type
- Determine the most efficient and effective structure for delivery of air operations
- Develop performance metrics for air operations
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The period of Contract is from date of Contract to May 15, 2016 inclusive.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
