Request for Proposal (RFP) for Surveys Enumeration, Interviewing, and Data Entry Services

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is looking for a service provider for the purpose of providing enumeration, interviewing and data entry services to support the conduct of five CMHC surveys beginning January 1^st, 2017.The service provider will be providing services for the Starts and Completions Survey (SCS), Market Absorption Survey (MAS), Rental Market Survey (RMS), Condo Vacancy Survey (CVS) and Seniors’ Housing Survey (SHS). The purpose of these surveys is a get a better understanding of the activity in the housing and rental markets. The Market Analysis Centre publishes the results from these surveys in several reports.

The term of this contract is expected to be for 2 years with the potential for 4, 2-year renewal options, not to exceed a cumulative total of 10 years. The total value of this agreement is not expected to exceed $28.2M for 10 years, including all applicable taxes.
