TITLE: Machine Guarding Installation and Mechanical & Electrical Components Replacement at the Carillon Navigation Lock
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Work covered by this Contract comprises the upgrade of mechanical and electrical aspects of the
Carillon navigation lock located on the Carillon canal national historic site in St-André-d’Argenteuil.
Bid security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and a Builder’s risk insurance.

SITE VISIT:
There will be a visit, highly recommended, places; interested bidders must present November,15 2016 at 13:30 at the Carillon Dam Lock 230 rue Saint-André d'Argenteuil, J0V 1X0 (at the foot of the lock, safety boots and hats needed this visit)
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work at beginning of March 2017.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
