Interior and Exterior House Renovations and Replace Stairs at the Detachment, Rankin Inlet, NU
Work of this Contract comprises of the interior and exterior renovations of two houses and
to remove existing front stair and replace with new and remove existing rear stairs and install ramp and stair system at the Detachment in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. This work includes; labour, materials and shipping of materials, in accordance with the specifications, drawings and any amendments thereto.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 31 March 2018.

The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
