A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Construct two (2) new modular houses and garage and demolition of existing police building and garage in Stony Rapids, SK and construct two (2) new modular houses and install water holding tanks and exterior crawlspace access door in Black Lake, SK and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 30 December 2019.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: There will be a site visit on 31 October at 11 00 hrs. Interested bidders are to meet at RCMP Detachment, Black Lake, SK.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
