Construction – Pelican Narrows Detachment & Housing

1. Requirement:

The purpose of this project is for the construction of a four plex housing unit and Detachment in Pelican Narrows, SK.

2. Optional Site Visit:

2.1 There will be an optional site visit held on March 27^th , 2019 at 1:30 pm CST. Interested bidders are to meet at the existing Pelican Narrows Detachment located at 3300 Bear Street, Pelican Narrows, SK, S0P 0E0.

2.2 It is recommended that bidders visit the existing site during the tendering period to familiarize themselves with the construction conditions and electrical work provided to date.

2.3 Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

2.4 Security pre-screening: The names of each individual attending the site visit, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by March 25, 2019 to gain access to the site.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than 5 business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

4.2 The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

4.5 RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
