    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.064703.004 
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Full space refit as well as a mechanical
    and electrical upgrade on the 
    1st floor West Tower of CD Howe Building, 235 Queen Street,
    Ottawa, ON.
    
    Work is to be completed within twenty (20) weeks after contract
    award.  The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
    following category:  $ 1,000,001.00 - $5,000,000.00
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
    
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
    Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
    requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
    consideration will be given to the Bid.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    
    There will be a site visit on January 13, 2015 at 09:00am.

    desk, 235 Queen Street, Ottawa, ON.
