PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   Project includes the removal of the existing and installation of a new fire suppression system. Scope also includes the replacement of the fire alarm system, construction of the new tank room addition, and the installation of a new underground concrete storage tank.

Work is to be completed within (86) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5,000,001 to $20,000,000.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid [Designated Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at level of Reliability Status. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
