Extension of Time
Notice is hereby given that the closing date for the reception of tenders previously due on 21 Nov. 2017 2017 is extended to the 30 November 2017 at 14:00 hours.



Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard Base, requires heated storage building roof replacement and main building upgrades at 401 King St., Prescott, Ontario K0E 1T0.

SCOPE OF WORK
The work under this construction contract consists of roofing replacement of Building E, handrails upgrade to stairs and ramps in Building A, fire stopping upgrade in Building A, video survey of main plumbing system of Building A.  All work shall be in accordance with Specification No. R.066414.001, dated 2017-09-29.

COMPLETION TIME
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within ten (10) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on the Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet main entrance at 401 King St., Prescott. Ontario. 
 
The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. 

Bidders will be required to register with the Contracting Authority Mary Caporusso prior to the site meeting and provide name(s) of individuals attending.

Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
