Scope of Work
Work of this contract comprises of general construction
including demolition of existing structures, excavation, grading
placement of granular materials, asphalt and lane marking.

SITE VISIT:
There will be an Optional Site Visit for this requirement on
September 21, 2015 at 10:00AM. Bidders are to meet at the site,
Point Pelee National Park, Centre Comfort Station at North West
Beach. 
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit.

who will attend prior to the site visit.  
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.  Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Closing date:   September 29, 2015, 14:00 HOURS.  

The duration of work is schedule to be completed within 8 weeks
from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
