    "This procurement has been set aside under the federal
    government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
    (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
    it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and

    The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
    public in English.
    
    Requirement
    
    Canada has a requirement to establish Regional Master Standing
    Offer(s) for the supply of various Original Equipment
    Manufacturer (OEM) and Remanufactured imaging consumables for
    use by all Federal Government Departments and Agencies, on an
    "as and when requested" basis.  An Offeror may offer either OEM,
    or Remanufactured imaging consumables, or any combination
    thereof.  Resulting RMSO will be valid for 12 months from the
    date of issuance (unless PWGSC determine in its sole discretion,
    to set aside this procurement vehicle), with Canada retaining
    the right to request up to two extensions of up to 12 months
    each.  
    
    There are two (2) separate solicitation documents published on
    GETS for this requirement; one (1) solicitation document
    EZ107-120002/E aimed at the general industry and one (1) under
    the aboriginal set-aside EZ107-120002/F. If Offerors are
    eligible and choose to make an offer on both requirements, they
    must submit separate proposals for each solicitation.  
    
    During the Standing Offer Period, Offerors will have the
    opportunity to refresh their prices every two months, providing
    that refreshes offer equal or better value to Canada.  Canada
    reserves the right to revise this time period if necessary.
    
    This procurement is set aside from the international trade
    agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small
    and minority businesses.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
