    Description

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer for the provision of thirteen (13) custom designed mounts for use on the General Duty (GD) Carbine platform, 300 Blackout platform and the 40 mm launcher platform.

    The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of five (5) years from date of issuance.

    Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest individual evaluated unit price (IEUP) will be recommended for the issuance of a standing offer (1 standing offer only).

    The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
