Notice of Proposed Procurement SOLICITATION NUMBER: 201502534 – Construction of a new Heliport (Helicopter Helipad) Requirement This project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a new Heliport (Helicopter Helipad) on the north side of the new Niagara Administration Office Facility building site at Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Work to be completed within twenty (20) weeks following Contract Award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: Between $100,000 - $500,000. SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit on Nov. 6th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at the Niagara Office Administration Facility (NAOF), 630 York Rd., Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON (In the Visitors parking lot south of the building). INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority: Jordan McKenna, (613) 843-5518, facsimile (613) 825-0082 or by email at jordan.mckenna@rcmp-grc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
