SOLICITATION Number: 201700501 – Construction – Renovation – Forensic Laboratory Regina
Requirement
The purpose of this project is for renovations to the Forensic Laboratory in a secure area of an RCMP owned facility in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Work in this contract comprises demolition and renovationof approximately 590 M2 of mixed use space into specialized office space; approximately 253 M2 of Industrial space into long term storage space of which approximately 36 M2 is refrigerated; and approximately 127 M2 of Industrial space into use for Forensic Laboratory operations. This work will occur within an occupied operational facility which must not be disrupted
Work is to be completed by June 30th, 2017.
SITE VISIT: There is an Optional Site Visit on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 10:00hrs.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
