Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Kingston Mills - Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) The work under this contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, plant, and supervision required to rehabilitate the Kingston Mills Locks (39-42) on the Rideau Canal Waterway in Kingston, Ontario. The primary objective is the masonry rehabilitation of the locks and concrete repairs to the turning basin walls located between locks 46 and 47. The project site is the Kingston Mills Lock Station located off Kingston Mills Road, at Kingston Mills Ontario. There will be a site visit on August 8, 2018 at 1:00 pm time. Interested bidders are to meet at the Parks Canada parking lot on the south side of Kingston Mills Road just West of the site. Delivery Date: 17/07/2018 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
