F1700-180006/A Martin, Delia (PWY) Telephone No. - (778) 707-2139 Fax No. - (604) 775-6633 Email: Delia.Martin@pwgsc.gc.ca THIS DOCUMENT NO LONGER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT Title: Foyer and Classroom Renovation Location: Pacific Science Enterprise Centre, West Vancouver, BC Work Description: Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the addition and renovation to the ground floor area of the Pacific Science Enterprise Centre in West Vancouver, BC. The work includes the addition of approximately 26m2 and 13m2 respectively for classroom and drying room facilities and renovation of the remaining project area including demolition and disposal of existing finishes and fixtures in the washrooms and locker rooms. Site Visit: Contractors are recommended to make inquiries necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the nature and extent of the work. An optional site visit for potential bidders and sub-trades is scheduled for Monday, October 1st, 2018 at 10:00 AM local time. Location is at Pacific Science Enterprise Centre, 4160 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC. A representative of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans will meet you upon check in with the Commissionaire. Delivery Date: The Contractor shall perform and complete the work within 25 weeks of Contract award. Value of Project: To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $475,000.00 and $550,000.00. Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender (solicitation) documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
