MODULAR DETACHMENT CONSTRUCTION - TRANSPORTATION – AND INSTALLATION IN AHTAHKAKOOP, SK

REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this project is the off-site construction, delivery and on-site installation of a new single storey wood framed modular police building on a new greenfield site in Ahtahkakoop, Saskatchewan. All associated site work is included. Site construction of a single storey wood framed outbuilding on the site is also required. The modular police building is approximately 1054m² in area. The outbuilding is approximately 75 m² in area. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work. The modular units MUST be built off-site in an environmentally controlled environment and transported to the site for installation. On-site construction proposals will NOT be considered.

ABORIGINAL CONTENT: Bids must include a minimum 10% aboriginal benefit as defined in tender documents. Bids with insufficient aboriginal benefit will be deemed non-compliant.

SITE VISIT: The site is currently available to the public for viewing at any time. No scheduled visit exists.

DELIVERY DATE: Substantial completion by April 30, 2018 AND fully complete the work by July 31^st, 2018
