"HRP-RHP" - ITQ - Next generation HR and Pay of the the Government of Canada

This Solicitation Amendment 006 document will serve to provide:

1. The interested suppliers with the questions and answers received following the posting of the initial Questions and Answers document. 
2. To inform the industry that as mentioned in the ITQ document, Respondents may request to make a 60 minute presentation of their bid submission. The presentations will be taking place on Thursday November 15. The Respondents will be informed of the exact schedule on Wednesday November 14.

4. INDUSTRY DAY – GATE 2 LAUNCH : In order to further engage the industry, the Government of Canada would like to invite you to a 2^nd industry day. It will be done through conference call on Friday November 9 from 10:00 to 11:30. Following a successful Industry Day, The Government of Canada is now moving on to Phase 2 of the Procurement Process for the HR and Pay Next Generation Solution (the “Project”) with an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The Project is part of the multi-phase agile procurement process lead by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada (TBS). Suppliers are invited to pre-qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ in order to become “Qualified Respondents” for any later phases of the procurement process. Only Qualified Respondents will be permitted to bid on any subsequent solicitation issued as part of the procurement process. This process may or may not lead to a contract.

Response Costs: Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred by participating in this ITQ.
