Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CCGS Terry Fox F6855-122354/A To supply labour, material, equipment and supervision to carry out the maintenance & repair for the CCGS Terry Fox. (Alongside the Coast Guard Base, St. John's, NL) Viewing June 22nd , 2012 The CCGS Terry Fox will be departing for the Arctic at the end of June, 2012. Therefore, a viewing will not be possible closer to the start of the refit. As a result, the vessel will be available on June 22, 2012. Questions resulting from the viewing can be sent to the contracting authority. All questions will be addressed at the bidders conference. The bidders conference will be held sometime late summer. Bidders Conference: August 21, 2012 Closing Date: Septembre 12th, 2012 Start Date: October 17th, 2012 Completion Date: Novembre 28th, 2012 The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to shipyards in Eastern Canada in accordance with the Shipbuilding Procurement Policy.
