    Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following at the Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Regional Psychiatric Centre (RPC), located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan: renovate and develop the existing three observation cells, the shower and the sink in the Churchill Unit of the RPC. The project need is to provide one shaving sink, one accessible shower, three regular observation cells and one accessible observation cell. The cells are located in the interior of the facility with no windows to the exterior and have a very low ceiling height. The cells must have windows along an exterior wall for direct natural light/ventilation. The space is estimated at a total net area of 35.5 square metres. The work will also include modifications to exterior envelope/windows, interior fit-ups, camera installations, mechanical, electrical, fire safely and plumbing connections. The Work is more fully described in the Drawings and Specification.
    
    Note: The following zones are being added to the project scope: Churchill Unit Control Post; Churchill Unit Day Room; and the Churchill Unit Outdoor Exercise Yard (including numerous new and renovated security enhancements); as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification incorporated as part of Addendum No. 7. There will be a second optional site visit as described below.
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000.
    
    SECOND OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be a second optional site visit on October 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before October 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) of their intent to attend the site visit. Full Legal name and company represented is required. If the contacting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at the Main Entrance, Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520 Central Avenue North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
