Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: TITLE: OPERATIONAL CENTER REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING - PARC FORILLON (QUÉBEC) PROJECT DESCRIPTION The rehabilitation of the Forillon National Park Operations Center includes the completion of each phase, including the demolition of existing facilities, the construction of a new administration building, an industrial building, a secondary storage building and a salt shelter. Engineering work is planned, including electrical supply work, potable water and wastewater systems, rehabilitation of a portion of the access road, parking lots, yard and part of the storage yard. As well as the restoration of the temporary installations site. The work will be divided into +/- (11) eleven phases including inventory and offices relocation tasks, to ensure the continuity of the park's operational activities during construction work. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on April 9, 2019, at 13:30. Interested bidders are to meet at 1501 boulevard de Forillon, Gaspé. Safety Attire: No special protection equipment is required. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid. PERIOD OF WORK The contractor must perform and complete the work by JUNE 18, 2021 according to the schedule presented in the specifications.
