Only Aboriginal TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding an Aboriginal TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in Stream 4: Business Services, and Stream 5 Project Management Services in the resource categories detailed below in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).

Description of the requirement:

The scope of this requirement is for the provision of services on an "as and when requested" basis for the following Workstreams and resource categories:

Workstream 1: Business Services - B.1 Business Analyst (Level 3); B.2 Business Architect (Level 3); B.4 Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Specialist (Level 3); B.5 Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultnat (Level 3); B.7 Business Transformation Architect (Level 3); and B.14 Technical Writer (Level 3).

Workstream 2: Project Management Services - P.1 Change Management Consultant (Level 3); P.5 Project Executive (Level 3); P.9 Project Manager (Level 3); P.9 Project Manager - Release Manager (Level 3); P.10 Project Scheduler (Level 3); and P.12 Risk Management Specialist (Level 3).

It is intended to result in the award of one contract in each of the two Workstreams, with each contract purchasing Work from only one Workstream. Each contract will be for three years plus one two-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. Bidders do not have to submit a bid for each Workstream.
