201801002 – CONSTRUCTION – Building A
REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this project is for the construction of a new building in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.
WORK COMPLETION DATE: 63 WEEKS AFTER CONTRACT AWARD

TENDER DOCUMENTS: Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents and are available at the following Website: https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standard-acquisition-clauses-and-conditions-manual Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) web site at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available on the GETS web site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF).
