    Description

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Ottawa and Regina, has a requirement for the provision of all labour and materials to manufacture, supply and deliver as-and-when requested quantities of 10 custom designed mounts for use on the General Duty (GD) Carbine platform, 300 Blackout platform and the 40 mm launcher platform.

    The Standing Offer period will be for three (3) years from date of award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.

    Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria Only

    An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory

    technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be

    recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
